We took a cart ride (motorized) down toward the local market but detoured through the old Jewish neighborhood where many gypsies now live. Walking the streets is interesting with the open storm (we think) drains. Eventually, we entered the small Synagogue Gumbaz courtyard. There are about 14 Jewish men to keep this synagogue active. In the 1940s Jews were tolerated here by the Moslems.
