Cruising down the Rhine, we saw two very important buildings: Maximilian’s Brewery and the Koblenzer Brewery. Then we walked through the little wine producing town of Winnigen, Germany.

Cochem, Germany provided some interesting buildings as well as the Reichsburg Castle, which we were able to tour.

Along the Mosel
Next port-of-call was the charming town of Bernkastel, Germany. This place was just chock-full of interesting buildings.

Trier, Germany was a far up the Mosel as we ventured. Many different buildings (and churches) were to be found all over the town.

We took an optional excursion to the city of Luxembourg which is the capital of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. While we toured the boat was docked in Zell, Germany and we were able to do a little tour there before we sailed off to Bonn.
