Continuing our tour of the old town, we used our map and found the granary which is now the Ethnographic Museum. It was a gem! The first floor had an exhibit entitled Flowers of Adrion. They were color photographs of parts of flowers enlarged to 2x3 foot pictures on cloth. They were clear and bright and wonderful (no photos by us, of course). The second floor had tools for farming, wine making, fishing, kitchen, etc., of the 1700’s. The Dutch stove was fascinating. On the third floor they displayed traditional clothing and jewelry. We enjoyed the museum.

We exchanged 20 euros for some local Kuna and went to walk around the city on the broad city walls. It was 1.2 miles in the very hot sun, including some 100-plus stairs! I wore Marge out and lost her for half-hour - she was sitting in the shade and I missed her. We finally found each other outside the walls.

We waited in a crowded line to take the #4 bus back to the hotel. It was only supposed to be 81° today but felt like 100°. We sat with a large beer and talked to Barbara who fell last night and sprained her ankle.

Dinner was in the old town at a young restaurant called Lajk, pronounced Like. The name is the first letters of his family’s given names.
